I found the staff to be kind and helpful. The breakfast provided a great variety of fresh and tasty options. I found the rooms clean, quite comfortable, and well kept. I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the premises.

The hotel is located about a 35-minute walk from the Medina. There are also taxis available nearby that can take you there for approximately 30 to 40 dirhams, a comfortable solution for exploring the city.

The staff at the hotel demonstrated excellent service. They were always approachable and polite. Special requests were fulfilled promptly. The team's commitment to hospitality greatly enhanced my stay.

fantastic stay!
clean room king-size bed helpful staff
the location was excellent, i could easily walk to many nearby restaurants and shops. the room was spacious and very clean, i appreciated the king-size bed and separate toilet and bathroom. the staff was friendly and helpful (especially at the reception!).
the street noise was slightly noticeable at night.

I loved the breakfast. It offered a great variety and everything tasted fresh. they had options like bespoke eggs and fresh bread that i really enjoyed (especially the pancakes!). the restaurant staff was also very attentive and professional.

My beautiful room pool view had a private balcony. It provided a great spot to relax. there was plenty of storage space in the room plus tea and coffee facilities. the bedroom felt large and comfortable. I appreciated the king-size bed and separate areas.

The reception staff was very helpful. They offered me an upgrade to a pool view room. i had boarding passes printed and left luggage until my flight. ali arranged transportation to the airport. Everything was smooth and efficient.

The hotel has a central location. It is about a 10-minute car ride from souk semmarine. it is far enough from the busy areas to provide a nothing noisy. the location made it easy to access various attractions.
