The breakfast buffet met expectations. It was vast and offered a decent array of choices.
The noise level was EXTREME. Soundproofing in the rooms seemed nonexistent. I could hear everything from hallway conversations to the neighbor's alarm. Sleep was difficult.

the location was excellent, i could easily walk to many nearby restaurants and shops. the room was spacious and very clean, i appreciated the king-size bed and separate toilet and bathroom. the staff was friendly and helpful (especially at the reception!).
the street noise was slightly noticeable at night.

I loved the breakfast. It offered a great variety and everything tasted fresh. they had options like bespoke eggs and fresh bread that i really enjoyed (especially the pancakes!). the restaurant staff was also very attentive and professional.

The reception staff was very helpful. They offered me an upgrade to a pool view room. i had boarding passes printed and left luggage until my flight. ali arranged transportation to the airport. Everything was smooth and efficient.
